I am a Fresno native. I have a Bachelor’s and a Master’s from Fresno State. I’ve been working in Human Resources since 2011 in various industries such as Entertainment, Healthcare, Technology, and now Insurance. I am responsible for all aspects of Human Resources: Performance Management, Benefits & Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Training, Work Comp, and Payroll. The Van Beurden’s are a kind and compassionate family who care very much about the people that work for them and they treat everyone with the utmost dignity, respect, and transparency. The average tenure of the employees speaks volumes and like most of them I will also retire from here someday. I look forward to all the work I will be doing with this family.
