Health Insurance Exchange Reporting Requirement for Employers Delayed

Federal regulators have just announced that they are delaying the requirement that employers notify their employees about the availablity of public health insuance exchanges. The requirement is delayed indefinately at this time, but it is expected to come back this fall. You may find a Business Insurance article on the subject here: Exchange Notice Delayed

Did you even know that this was a requirement as of March 1st, 2013? What other Health Reform requirements are you and your business unaware of? While this requirement has been delayed due to an effort to tie the notification with the October 1st 2013 open enrollment period, you must be prepared and comply with many other requirements coming into effect.
